A mobile home is a type of prefabricated housing that can be towed from a manufacturing plant to a residential site. Today, most mobile homes are used as permanent residences in a fixed location. Such dwellings are relatively inexpensive to build, as they can be manufactured year-round and are mass-produced.
Larger mobile homes may contain more than seven rooms. Most mobile homes are sold complete with rugs, drapes and furniture. These homes are usually towed from one place to another by moving companies. Many countries impose width restrictions on vehicles traveling on public roads. As a result, some mobile homes have sliding or collapsible side walls to reduce the width of the home when shipped; others are shipped in parts and assembled after arriving at the homestead.
The mobile integrated house has the advantages of high protection, long service life, and repeated use, and its price is much lower than that of ordinary houses. Its assembly period is very short, and water, electricity, and gas can be configured inside. It will not produce a lot of construction waste during the assembly process, and as long as the parts are not damaged during disassembly, it can be recycled many times.

TOPOLO Mobile Home Panels
TOPOLO supplies high-quality composite building materials for mobile homes. We have a wide variety of composite materials, and customized composite panels and accessories according to your project.
- Wall/Roof Panels
The common composite panels for mobile homes are PUR/PIR/EPS/Rockwool foam pre-coated steel sandwich panels.
In addition to traditional color-coated steel sheets and colored aluminum surface materials, TOPOLO has also developed fiberglass-faced foam-core composite panels. These materials are applied to mobile homes with relatively high requirements.
- Floor Panels
Different from traditional solid wood flooring or plywood flooring, TOPOLO provides RV-level composite flooring for mobile homes, including honeycomb flooring (PP material) and foam core flooring (XPS/PET/PU/PVC material). The PP honeycomb core floor has good strength and anti-skid effect, and the PVC leather foam core floor has good heat insulation effect.
