FRP laminated PVC foam composite panel is a new type of fiberglass composite panel developed by TOPOLO. PVC foam board has the advantages of moisture-proof and mildew-proof, thermal insulation, sound-absorbing and heat-insulating, flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, moth-proof, light weight, and waterproof. FRP sheet has the advantages of high strength, waterproof and corrosion resistance. Composite panels that combine their advantages have amazing performance effects. This is beyond the reach of other foam core FRP composite panels.
Basic Structure
FRP laminated PVC foam composite panel is a typical sandwich structure. The sandwich structure is composed of two thin, strong and rigid FRP sheets on both sides of a light-weight and relatively thick core material. It has typical characteristics of light weight, high rigidity and high strength.
Product Advantages
- High Strength.
- High Rigidity.
- Corrosion Resistant.
- Heat Insulation.
- Waterproof.
- Flame Retardant.
- Easy to Cut.
- Smooth Surface.
- High-Temperature Resistance.

Types of FRP Sheets
TOPOLO mainly uses two different types of FRP as the skin material of the composite panel: thermosetting FRP and thermoplastic FRP (CFRT-Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic). They have their own characteristics and performance. In general, thermoset FRP has better corrosion resistance and a smoother surface, while thermoplastic FRP has better heat resistance and better toughness.
Applications
FRP skin PVC foam core sandwich panels are used to replace other foam composite panels with lower performance because of their superior performance. It is used in off-road RVs, high-strength dry trucks, yachts, public transportation, and stylized buildings. It can be used as wall panels, floors, partition panels, ceilings, door panels, bed panels, etc.
