TOPOLO Flat coated steel facing XPS foam sandwich panels are a cost-effective structural solution specially developed for modular construction. Manufactured by laminating coated steel sheets with a closed-cell XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam core, these panels combine excellent rigidity, durability, thermal insulation, and lightweight performance.

Compared with conventional building materials, they significantly reduce construction time while lowering transportation, installation, and lifecycle costs. Their reusable design makes them particularly suitable for temporary and relocatable structures.
☑ Exceptional Durability
High-quality surface coatings and a high-strength core ensure the panels resist aging in harsh environments; they offer a long service life and can be reused as long-term fixed assets.
☑ Rapid Assembly and Disassembly
Designed specifically for modular construction, the panels support quick assembly and on-site disassembly. This significantly shortens construction timelines, enabling projects to be built and put into operation immediately.
☑ Flexible Mobility
Lightweight yet structurally robust, the panels are easy to transport, relocate, and store long-term after disassembly, maintaining a minimal material loss rate through repeated relocations.
☑ Cost-Effectiveness
For enterprises requiring large-scale, multi-site infrastructure deployment, the panels’ high reusability and low logistics costs significantly reduce overall construction and operational expenses.

XPS Foam Core
Extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam is a rigid, closed-cell insulation material renowned for its exceptional compressive strength and moisture resistance. Unlike many other insulation materials, XPS absorbs virtually no water, allowing it to maintain stable thermal and mechanical properties even during long-term outdoor use. It delivers reliable performance under conditions such as intense sunlight, heavy rainfall, extreme cold, and high humidity.

Key characteristics include:
- Closed-cell structure with extremely low water absorption.
- High compressive strength, providing structural support.
- Lightweight yet rigid.
- Good dimensional stability.
- Inherent flame-retardant properties (depending on the specific formulation).
- A service life exceeding 10 years under normal operating conditions.
Although the thermal conductivity of XPS (approximately 0.027–0.03 W/m·K) is slightly higher than that of polyurethane (PU) foam, its compressive strength is significantly greater. This makes it an ideal choice for structural sandwich panels that require both thermal insulation and load-bearing capabilities.
Surface Material Options
TOPOLO selects premium substrates from top-tier steel mills, offering a variety of high-quality coated carbon steel sheets as facings for sandwich panels.

Galvanized Steel (GI) Sheet
Features a pure zinc coating formed on the steel surface via the hot-dip galvanizing process.

Galvalume Steel (GL) Sheet
Also produced via a hot-dip process, featuring a surface coating of aluminum-zinc alloy.

PPGI/PPGL) Steel Sheet
Features a colored coating system (primer and topcoat) applied over a galvanized or galvalume steel substrate.
Technology and Production Capacity Advantages

Relying on advanced industrial production lines, TOPOLO empowers this composite panel with process and technical advantages that surpass similar products.
‘One-Piece’ Composite Technology
Utilizing a ‘One-Piece’ manufacturing process for the entire panel, industrial-grade high-viscosity specialized glue is used to cure and shape the panel in a full vacuum and high-pressure environment. This process ensures the panels possess unparalleled ultra-high flatness and ultimate peeling strength, completely eliminating delamination and blistering.
Ultra-Large Size, Flexible Customization
Deep customization of thickness and specifications is supported. The maximum length of a single board can reach 12m, which effectively reduces joints on the surface of modular buildings, improving overall sealing and aesthetics.
Large-Scale Production Capacity
The daily output can reach 1,000㎡ to 2,000㎡. The powerful automated delivery capability can easily meet the urgent schedule requirements of international bulk purchasing and large-scale Batch construction.
