Body Kit Assembly

TOPOLO modular body assembly solutions are designed to provide users with highly feasible, efficient, and practical methods for vehicle body assembly. By doing so, we effectively reduce overall manufacturing costs while significantly enhancing assembly efficiency and production consistency. Addressing common challenges encountered during the construction of truck bodies, trailers, and various modular structures—such as high assembly complexity, inconsistent processes, and heavy reliance on on-site customization—we offer systematic modular breakdown and standardized assembly solutions. This approach transforms vehicle body manufacturing from a model of “on-site customization” to a highly efficient paradigm of “factory prefabrication plus rapid assembly.” TOPOLO’s manufacturing facility is staffed by a team of highly experienced technical professionals and equipped with a comprehensive suite of specialized assembly machinery and tooling systems. This enables us to execute the pre-assembly and final assembly of diverse vehicle body structures with exceptional efficiency and precision, thereby ensuring consistent product quality and accelerating delivery cycles.

Pre-assembled Parts

The body is divided into several major pre-assembled modules.
Each module is delivered with all required components already installed, significantly reducing on-site assembly complexity and improving overall efficiency.

Assembly

With the support of heavy-duty lifting equipment, large-scale or heavy pre-assembled kits can be quickly and efficiently assembled.
This approach ensures precise alignment, reduces manual workload, and improves construction safety and consistency.

Connection and Fixing

The connecting profiles are securely joined using high-strength bolts or rivets. Concurrently, industrial-grade adhesives are applied to ensure sealing integrity, enhance structural rigidity, and improve durability under long-term operating conditions.

Assembly Kit Options

CKD Kits (Completely Knocked Down)

Supplied in a fully disassembled state, with all components delivered in a completely separated condition. This format is ideal for production and assembly requirements demanding the highest degree of localization.

SKD Kits (Semi Knocked Down)

Supplied in a semi-disassembled state, featuring key modules that have been pre-assembled. This allows for rapid final assembly at the customer’s facility, balancing operational efficiency with local assembly capabilities.

CBU (Completely Built Up)

Delivered as a complete, finished product. The unit undergoes full assembly and rigorous inspection at the TOPOLO factory, allowing the customer to put it into immediate use or proceed directly with vehicle mounting.
