Thermal Insulation Truck Body
The box body panels feature a sandwich structure with inner and outer FRP sheets filled with PU(polyurethane) foam insulation, offering thermal insulation performance comparable to traditional refrigerated trucks. The box panels are manufactured using a vacuum adsorption and high-pressure one-piece molding production line, and their thermal insulation performance meets Class A standards. FRP sheets are food grade, odorless, non-volatile, and will not cause harm to chicks.
Easy-to-clean Floor
Day-old chick droppings and uneaten feed can often end up on the floor during transportation. This not only deteriorates the interior environment, but also harms the chicks’ health and causes corrosive damage to the box. Aluminum flooring is not only durable and corrosion-resistant, but also prevents these debris from sticking, making it easier for staff to clean.
