How we improve the performance of enclosed trailers?
01. Completely Closed Design
- The trailer adopts a modular design, which is precisely composed of several one-piece composite panels. Each panel has been strictly processed to ensure excellent performance in load-bearing, durability and corrosion resistance. This design not only improves the overall structural stability of the trailer, but also makes the replacement and maintenance of each component more convenient and quick.
- The trailer panels are connected by uniquely designed metal profiles and sealed with high-quality rubber strips. This design ensures a complete seal, and neither light nor rain can penetrate into the trailer, keeping the interior dry and safe.

02. Multifunctional Ramp Doors
Ramp doors offer significant advantages in specific application scenarios, allowing for quick loading and unloading without the need for additional loading and unloading equipment (such as forklifts, lifts). When the cargo is loaded or unloaded, the ramp door rises as a tailgate and is quickly lowered when it is time to load again. The ramp door panel is made of lightweight embossed thermoplastic non-slip honeycomb panels, which not only provide good anti-slip effect, keep cargo and operators safe, but also can carry tons of cargo.

03. Application of Lightweight Composite Panels
Abandoning metal panels and wood panels, lightweight fiberglass composite panels are used to reduce the weight of the trailer body by 30-40% compared to metal panels. The trailer wall panels and roof panels are XPS foam core FRP composite panels, with a high-strength “skeleton” embedded inside. The trailer floor is a non-slip thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb panel instead of the heavy and poorly non-slip wooden floor.
The use of composite materials achieves:
- Lightweight, reducing fuel or electricity expenses of tractor vehicles.
- High strength, impact resistance, and earthquake resistance.
- Waterproof and mildew-proof.
- Easy to clean and low maintenance cost.

04. Customizable Additional Accessories
All components for enclosed trailers can be customized in TOPOLO’s factory.
- Metal parts. (Door frames, hinges, edging profiles, door locks, etc.)
- Internal compartments and shelves.
- Temperature control system (refrigeration equipment).
- Lighting and electrical systems.
- Custom design of doors and windows.
- Tires and chassis.

05. Modifiability
Closed trailers are highly modifiable and can be flexibly adjusted according to different needs. Users can customize trailers according to changes in transportation tasks, such as adding internal compartments to transport multiple pieces of goods at the same time, or installing refrigeration equipment to ensure that refrigerated goods maintain a suitable temperature during transportation, or adding living facilities as a RV trailer.
