Unlike other laminated composite panels, the production of thermoplastic composite panels does not require adhesives. The core material and the thermoplastic skin are fully compounded together and are tightly bonded and difficult to separate, making the panel more solid and durable. This is an efficient, environmentally friendly new production method that can meet users’ needs for high-volume, low-cost, high-performance composite panels.
Types of Thermoplastic Composite Panels
Currently, due to technical limitations, most of the popular thermoplastic composite panels on the market are thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb core composite panels, and it is difficult to ensure the stability of performance. Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb Core Composite Panels
We also offer thermoplastic PP honeycomb core composite panels that combine CFRT with polypropylene(PP) honeycomb core. This type of panel has the dual impact resistance properties of continuous fiber skin and PP honeycomb core, making it very strong and reliable.
Thermoplastic PET Foam Core Composite Panels (Exclusive)
This is a new type of fiberglass composite panel exclusively developed by TOPOLO. We innovatively combined polyethylene terephthalate(PET) foam with thermoplastic skins and switched to a thermal lamination process without the use of adhesives. In this way, no toxic gas will be produced during the entire production process, making it more environmentally friendly.
