  • Waterproof
    Wooden pallets will slowly decay and deform in a humid environment, while polypropylene honeycomb pallets are naturally waterproof and will not be damaged by ordinary chemicals, so their service life is longer.
  • More lightweight
    The weight of polypropylene honeycomb pallets is only 1/10~1/5 of wooden pallets of the same thickness, and operators can easily carry them when collecting and using them.
  • More load-bearing
    Polypropylene honeycomb pallets have higher compressive strength than wooden pallets, and their structures are more stable and difficult to be crushed. This means it can bear more weight and complete more tasks.
  • Lower Cost
    Today, the price of wood is soaring year by year. Using polypropylene instead of wood can significantly reduce project budget expenses.
  • Fumigation-free
    In international freight, in order to prevent harmful organisms from destroying the ecological balance of the importing country, wooden pallets need to be fumigated, while polypropylene honeycomb pallets only need simple disinfection.
  • Safer
    The pallet top and pallet feet are connected using heated fusion welding technology instead of glue, and wooden pallets use a lot of nails. Therefore it does not bring potential danger to the operator.
