Description
This embedded foam composite panel combines an FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) panel, a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core, and an embedded aluminum tube frame. By directly integrating the aluminum tubes into the panel structure, this panel offers higher structural strength and better dimensional stability compared to traditional foam sandwich panels.

The FRP panel provides a durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface, while the PU foam core offers excellent thermal insulation and lightweight properties. The embedded aluminum tubes form an internal load-bearing frame, helping to more effectively distribute loads and improve the overall stiffness of the panel and the final vehicle body structure. The location, size, and layout of the aluminum tubing can be customized to structural requirements and installation needs.
