Embossed FRP skin PU (polyurethane) foam core sandwich panels combine an orange-peel textured embossed FRP facing with a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core and a flat FRP backing sheet. This structure provides an attractive appearance, comfortable surface texture, low thermal conductivity, and good overall structural performance, making it suitable for applications where both aesthetics and insulation are important.

Panel Structure Composition

• The top facing is made from embossed FRP with an orange-peel texture.
