Description
Combining continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) panels with a polyurethane (PU) foam core creates a lightweight, high-performance composite panel ideal for RV sidewalls, roofs, front and rear walls, doors, and other body components.
Material Composition
- Replacing traditional FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) panels with CFRT panels is one of TOPOLO’s innovative approaches to upgrading RV body materials. CFRT combines continuous fiber reinforcement with a thermoplastic matrix, achieving an excellent balance between lightweight construction, mechanical strength, impact resistance, and surface durability.
- The PU foam core provides excellent thermal insulation while helping to reduce the overall weight of the RV body.
