Description

Weather-resistant galvanized steel facing polyurethane foam sandwich panels are one-piece composite panels that combine high strength, thermal insulation, and weather resistance. Unlike traditional interlocking polyurethane sandwich panels, one-piece polyurethane sandwich panels use pre-cut polyurethane foam core material, which is integrally bonded to the top and bottom galvanized steel sheets through a composite process, forming a stable, integrated structure.
Its main advantages include:
- Excellent thermal insulation performance: Due to the PU internal filler, it provides excellent thermal insulation and thermal insulation properties and is suitable for buildings in different climate conditions.
- Corrosion resistance: The galvanized outer layer can prevent steel from rusting and increase the life of the material.
- Structural stability: The structure of the sandwich panel enables it to withstand certain loads and is suitable for the construction of walls and roofs.
- Convenient construction: Galvanized steel PU sandwich panels are relatively lightweight and easy to carry and install, which helps speed up the construction progress.

Applications
This structure not only reduces the structural weaknesses associated with the joints in traditional interlocking panels but also offers better overall integrity and flatness. The thickness, dimensions, and structural strength of the panels can be flexibly customized to suit different projects, making it particularly suitable for applications such as box trucks, modular buildings, and industrial equipment enclosures.
