Description
Rough surface FRP reinforced polypropylene honeycomb composite panels are specially developed for Luton truck body flooring systems. The panel uses a rough quartz stone surface fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) sheet as the facing, combined with a lightweight thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb core to form a high-strength sandwich structure. The rough FRP surface provides excellent anti-slip and wear-resistant performance, while the polypropylene honeycomb core ensures lightweight structure and high load-bearing capacity. This combination creates a durable, impact-resistant, and long-lasting flooring material suitable for demanding logistics and transportation environments.
