Description

Extra-thick PIR (polyisocyanurate) insulated wall sandwich panels are a type of high-insulation composite material used for exterior/interior partition walls in industrial, commercial, and cold chain buildings.

  • Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance

The thermal conductivity of PIR core material is typically approximately 0.020–0.024 W/(m·K), making it ideal for projects with high energy efficiency requirements.

  • Suitable Thickness for Buildings with High Insulation Requirements

Compared to 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm sandwich panels, 150mm PIR panels offer greater thermal resistance, significantly reducing heat loss from walls, making them particularly suitable for building insulation in cold regions.

  • Good Fire Resistance

PIR generally exhibits better fire resistance and flame retardancy compared to ordinary PUR (polyurethane). Products can meet European EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 standards.
