This is a thermal insulation panel using XPS foam as the core material for refrigerated trucks. Compared to PU foam, XPS foam has a slightly lower thermal insulation effect, but it has higher hardness, providing higher strength for the insulation panel. In order to improve the insulation effect and strength of the refrigerated truck, the thickness of the refrigerated panel reached 100mm, and steel tubes and plywood were embedded inside. The composite panel skin was made of FRP panels with a thickness of 2mm.
