GPA66 UD Tape Features
This unidirectional tape has the highest mechanical properties among all types of CFRT materials (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites) and has excellent heat resistance and impact resistance.
- 60% continuous glass fiber content.
- PA (Polyamide) resin with high thermal stability.
- Its tensile strength can reach 700 MPa and its flexural strength is up to 800 MPa.
- 0Β°/90Β° cross laying can be adopted to obtain stronger mechanical strength.
