Thermal Insulation
The side door panels are made of FRP skin XPS/PU foam core sandwich panels up to 8 cm thick (the maximum thickness can reach 12 cm), which can effectively reduce the heat conduction of the internal cold air and maintain a long-lasting low temperature inside the box.
Highly Sealed
A high-performance modified rubber sealing strip is used between the door panel and the door frame. It has good elasticity, resistance to compression deformation, aging resistance, chemical resistance, and has a wide operating temperature range (-40℃~ +120℃). It can completely isolate the flow of water and gas inside and outside the box.
Safety
We use a flush mount door handle design, and the lock rod is hidden inside the door panel. This ensures that there are no bulges on the surface of the box panel where the side door is located, and prevents the refrigerated truck from being scratched by other vehicles while driving, reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.
Simple and Quick Assembly
Our refrigerated truck side doors are easier to assemble for refrigerated truck manufacturers. You only need to use a screw gun, glue gun and other simple tools to install them quickly.
