- Unlike conventional PP laminated sheets made of unidirectional tapes, the woven glass fiber fabric features a mesh-like interlaced structure. This configuration provides superior strength and stability in both longitudinal and transverse directions, greatly improving the panel’s compressive, bending, and impact performance.
- Both the surface layer and the core of the panel are made of thermoplastic polypropylene (PP). Using a thermoplastic lamination process, the layers are fused together without adhesives—eliminating the risk of delamination and ensuring long-lasting durability. This process not only enhances the panel’s waterproof and structural integrity but also makes it fully recyclable, aligning with modern sustainability goals.
