Description
FRP facing PET foam sandwich panel is light, strong, waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and has a long lifespan. It is especially suitable as a floor substrate and is widely used in RVs, yachts, and mobile villas. Cover it with a layer of release cloth to facilitate its bonding with other material systems.
What is a release cloth?
The release cloth is a high-strength plain weave with red or blue tracer threads. The product is high strength, and after washing and heat setting, the surface is clean and pollution-free, and has good mold release. It provides the product with a non-sanding rough surface for subsequent bonding or painting. It is widely used in the vacuum forming process of saturated resin and unsaturated resin.
