Description
The FRP skin PVC foam core sandwich panel is a high strength composite panel applied to RVs and trucks. PVC foam is a rigid and closed polymer. It is water-resistant, heat-resistant, and has a certain strength. So it is an ideal core material. The gelcoat FRP sheet is a lightweight skin material with high strength, high toughness, smooth and flat surface, and low thermal conductivity.
Its advantages as a composite panel for RVs are:
- High strength and impact resistance: FRP facing PVC sandwich panels improve the safety factor of the RV.
- Thermal insulation: FRP facing PVC sandwich panels can handle extreme weather around the world.
- Lightweight: FRP facing PVC sandwich panels greatly reduce the weight of the RV and increase the driving distance.
- Easy to clean: The surface of the composite panel is waterproof and smooth, and it is not easy to adhere to stains.
