Description

The PU square bar used for pre-embedding is made by mixing polyurethane resin and glass fiber according to a certain ratio through high pressure. The addition of glass fiber greatly increases the strength of the square bars. This material will not rot or warp, making it ideal for marine and transportation applications as well as general construction.


It has the following advantages

  • High Strength: Far better than wood.
  • Lightweight: The density is much lower than that of metal materials.
  • Thermal Insulation: Polyurethane foam has good thermal insulation properties and can reduce the rate of heat transfer.
  • High nail-holding Power: It greatly compensates for the low nail-holding power caused by foam core or honeycomb core.
  • Low Water Absorption: Polyurethane resins have natural water-repelling properties and therefore have excellent corrosion resistance.
