Modular Design, Quick Assembly

Our refrigerated truck bodies are made from one-piece composite panels. These composite panels can be assembled quickly using simple tools and accessories (such as screws, glue, sealing strips, and screw guns) while maintaining the high strength and structural stability of the box. Compared with the traditional welding assembly method, this method is extremely efficient and simple, even if your operator is not a professional welder, it can be competent, which significantly reduces the complexity of the assembly operation and improves safety. Generally, it only takes 2 to 3 operators about half a day to assemble a refrigerated box. High-efficiency output greatly reduces the cost of vehicle manufacturers.
