Description
How we increase the performance of non-slip flooring
The new van floor developed by TOPOLO uses thermoplastic composite technology.
- The skin is laid with multiple layers of thermal layer unidirectional pre-impregnated tapes at set angles.
- The skin is added with carbon black particles for better weather resistance.
- The non-slip texture is pressed by Teflon fiber fabric.
It has more advantages than traditional wood and aluminum floors. It has the following benefits.
- Lighter
The density of PET foam sandwich panels is low, lower than that of general hardwood floors. It is very easy for operators to disassemble and install.
- More environmentally friendly
Recyclable PET materials are increasingly valued in industrial production. The core material of this floor is recycled PET foam, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the economy and complies with the environmental protection regulations of various countries.
- More durable
The non-slip CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) surface is more wear-resistant. Compared with wooden floors, it has stable performance and adapts to humid and chemical environments. It does not deform, crack, or rot, and has a longer service life. Compared with aluminum floors, it has better anti-slip effect and can ensure the safety of operators on it.
- Easier to process
A van only needs one anti-slip panel as the floor. The anti-slip PET sandwich panel is easy to cut and can be customized according to the size and interior space of the van.
- More economical and affordable
Our van floor is double-sided non-slip, and the other side can be used after one side has completed its service life. It achieves “pay once, use twice”.
