Description
Aluminum skin PU (Polyurethane) foam sandwich panels are composite materials widely used in various industries for their excellent thermal insulation, lightweight properties, and structural strength.
- Aluminum Skin
The outer layers are made of aluminum alloy sheets, which provide strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion. The aluminum skin can be coated or treated to enhance specific properties like UV resistance or fire retardancy.
- PU Foam Core
The core material is made of polyurethane foam, which offers excellent thermal insulation due to its low thermal conductivity. PU foam also contributes to the overall lightweight nature of the panel, making it easier to handle and install.
Applications
- Refrigerated Trucks: Commonly used in the walls, roofs, and floors of refrigerated truck bodies to maintain temperature control.
- Building Construction: Used in walls, roofs, and facades for insulation and structural support.
- Cold Storage Rooms: Helps maintain low temperatures in cold storage facilities.
- Industrial Applications: Suitable for clean rooms, soundproof enclosures, and other industrial uses where insulation and strength are required.
