Features
- Exterior skin – high-hardness 5052 aluminum sheet.
It provides protection for the exterior of the vehicle body, and the aluminum skin surface is pre-coated and very durable.
- Ribs – 6061 aluminum extrusion tube.
The evenly arranged aluminum ribs stabilize the structure of the vehicle body and enable it to withstand various possible impacts.
- Core – Waterproof XPS foam core
It has low density, low thermal conductivity, and high compressive strength (400 MPa). It not only provides sufficient support strength for the panel, but also reduces the weight of the vehicle body. It can also maintain the dimensions of the interior of the vehicle body in cold weather, which is essential for repair tools that require stable temperatures.
- Internal reinforcement board – Marine plywood
It is hard, impact-resistant, waterproof, and flame-retardant. And its strong nail holding force provides a firm support point for suspension repair tools.
- Inner skin – CFRT sheet
