- Modular design
The box body is composed of composite panels, connecting profiles and accessories. The accessories will be pre-installed on the panel and then assembled using metal profiles. Therefore, whether it is an enterprise with assembly capabilities to achieve large-scale production or an individual who needs finished products, we can cooperate with us.
- Composite box panels (wall panels, roof panels, door panels, floor panels)
We creatively combine FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) sheets and CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) sheets on the box panels. The outer skin of the box panel is FRP, which is smooth and flat; the inner skin is CFRT with high toughness, which is strong and durable. The insulation material of the middle layer is PU (polyurethane) foam with low thermal conductivity, which keeps the temperature inside the box constant for a long time. In order to enhance the structural strength of the box panel, a non-metallic frame is usually embedded inside. To prevent moisture from entering the inside of the box panel, the edges are fully sealed.

- Floor, kick palte
The floor and kick palte are made of solid patterned aluminum alloy, and the rear door kick plate is striped aluminum plate. These measures prevent the goods from damaging the internal box during transportation or loading and unloading.
- Subframe
The subframe is strong and durable, stamped and welded from high-strength T7OO steel plate, and finally galvanized. The box and subframe are connected by bolts.
- Rear door opening and closing method
TOPOLO abandons the traditional right-angle side door and adopts a unique beveled corner door. This design makes it easier for operators to open the door (open one door first and then the other door, instead of opening both doors at the same time). The door edge is sealed with multi-tooth EPDM rubber strips to completely isolate the water vapor exchange between the inside and outside of the box.
