In the cold winter, air conditioning alone cannot provide sufficient and continuous heat for camping vans. Therefore, laying a subfloor with floor heating pipes is a way to improve comfort. The floor heating system can provide uniform heat distribution inside the camping van.

Insulated and Durable Subfloor System

  • To ensure that heat is not wasted, the core material of the subfloor is PET foam, which is not only an efficient thermal conductor, but also provides high structural support strength for the floor.
  • The heating pipes are set on the insulation layer of the floor, and the serpentine or spiral laying method can make the heat evenly distributed.
  • The bottom skin of the subfloor is FRP sheet, which is not only strong and durable but also has low thermal conductivity, which effectively prevents the heat inside the collision floor from being lost to the outside.
  • The top skin of the subfloor is high-strength aluminum sheet. The advantage of using aluminum skin is its good thermal conductivity. With the heat transfer plate, it can quickly and with low loss transfer heat to the interior of the van.
