The workshop van needs to be loaded with enough or heavy goods, and the shelves must be made of durable materials. It provides sufficient strength and toughness for composite panels.

Waterproof means the material cannot be damaged by water. You can’t guarantee that your shelves won’t come into contact with water: very wet goods or tools, or bad weather, or some accident. If you use wooden shelves, they will get damp quickly and eventually rot. This problem will not occur when using fiberglass composite panels. They are made of plastic, and the fiberglass sheet on the surface has a waterproof coating, which can completely prevent water vapor from entering the inside of the panel.

The fiberglass sheet on the surface of the composite panel is not only waterproof, but also resistant to substances such as acids and alkalis, which means your workbench van can transport dangerous chemicals. Lightweight is the direction of vehicle development. Lightweight does not mean reducing strength. Compared with using plywood as a shelf, PET foam panel or PP honeycomb panel is undoubtedly lighter and stronger.
- Easy to Install
When you design the perfect workbench van, you will find that many materials are difficult to process, such as metal materials (stainless steel, aluminum, pre-painted galvanized steel), difficult to cut, difficult to weld, difficult to screw. The sharp edges of the sheet metal can even hurt you if handled incorrectly. PET foam panels and PP honeycomb panels are easy to cut, and there is no need to weld them to assemble them. You only need to use simple tools such as glue or screws, and the installation efficiency is very high.
