- High-quality Raw Materials: UV-resistant fiberglass sheets are used as surface materials to maintain surface color for a long time; V0 flame-retardant PET foam core materials are safe and reliable.
- Smooth Surface: There are no obvious marks on the panel surface caused by foam splicing; there are no problems such as bulging and delamination.
- Tight Bonding: The skin and PET core material are seamlessly bonded using high-quality adhesive, which is not easy to delaminate or deform, and can work outdoors for a long time.
- Extra Large Size: The maximum size of FRP faced PET sandwich panel can reach 12mx3.2m; the maximum size of CFRT faced PET sandwich panel can reach 12mx2.8m. It can meet the needs of manufacturing existing light and medium-duty dry cargo truck bodies.
- High Precision: The thickness deviation of each part of the panel is within 0.1~0.2mm, and the size deviation is within 0.5mm. And it maintains dimensional stability for a long time in high temperature, humid and other environments.
