Aluminium Tray Bodies
One-stop Solution
TOPOLO provides customized aluminum tray body solutions for a wide range of pickup trucks and trailers, offering a comprehensive, one-stop service that spans from design and R&D to manufacturing. Our lightweight aluminum tray body systems have assisted numerous clients in resolving practical challenges associated with vehicle body construction, while simultaneously enhancing production efficiency, assembly quality, and the long-term operational reliability of their vehicles.
Supply Models
Based on local regulatory requirements, our partners’ production capabilities, and actual operational needs, we offer three flexible supply models—Completely Knocked Down (CKD), Semi-Knocked Down (SKD), and Completely Built-Up (CBU)—to accommodate diverse collaboration scenarios and implementation requirements.
☑ CKD (Completely Knocked Down)
- Core components are packaged in a completely disassembled state, allowing for lower import tariffs; this option is ideal for enterprises possessing well-established assembly lines and labor cost advantages.
☑ SKD (Semi-Knocked Down)
- Key components are pre-assembled, striking a balance between transportation costs and on-site assembly efficiency.
☑ CBU (Completely Built Up)
- The fully assembled vehicle body is delivered as a finished product; upon arrival at the site, it can be mounted onto the chassis and immediately put into service—an ideal solution for rapid market deployment.

Key Advantages of Aluminum Tray Bodies
Constructed entirely from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy, the vehicle body features a solid structure with exceptional resistance to wear and deformation. Compared to traditional steel bodies, its service life is extended by 5 to 10 years.
The lightweight structural design is engineered to deliver ultra-high body rigidity. This approach not only effectively reduces fuel consumption and increases payload capacity but also leads to significant long-term reductions in overall vehicle operating costs.
Compatible with a variety of surface finishing processes, the body boasts a stylish and attractive appearance. Its stain-resistant surface is easy to clean, making routine maintenance simple and hassle-free.
The product complies with RoHS environmental standards, ensuring it is green and pollution-free. Furthermore, it has successfully obtained certification under two authoritative quality management systems: ISO 9001:2008 and TS 16949:2002.

Aluminum Tray Body Surface Finishes

Anodizing
Utilizing an electrochemical process, a dense and hard protective oxide film is formed on the aluminum surface. This finish boasts exceptional corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance, effectively shielding against oxidation, rust, and rainwater corrosion. It features a uniform, translucent luster that is highly durable—resisting fading and peeling—making it ideally suited for long-term, high-frequency use in outdoor environments.

Powder Coating
This process utilizes an eco-friendly electrostatic powder spraying technique that is solvent-free, pollution-free, and environmentally sustainable. The coating features uniform thickness and excellent adhesion, offering superior resistance to impact, abrasion, and corrosion. The paint surface is highly resistant to peeling and cracking, delivering outstanding cost-effectiveness and enhanced practical utility.

Baked Enamel Finish
Employing high-quality, automotive-grade paint materials, this finish involves a multi-layer spray application followed by high-temperature curing. The resulting paint surface exhibits strong adhesion, exceptional flatness, and a refined, rich texture. With a wide range of color options available, it offers a premium, sophisticated aesthetic while providing excellent water resistance, rust prevention, and weather resistance, thereby meeting the aesthetic demands of diverse settings.
How to Quickly Assemble the Body Kit?
To minimize assembly difficulty for customers and save on labor and assembly time, all aluminum tray body kits feature a highly pre-assembled modular design, requiring no complex fabrication and enabling rapid on-site installation.
Core parts—such as the floor, side panels, headboards, and rear panels—are fully pre-assembled at the factory, eliminating the need for piecemeal assembly of individual parts.
All main structural parts feature precisely pre-drilled mounting holes with high alignment accuracy; this eliminates the need for secondary drilling or adjustments, thereby significantly simplifying the assembly process.
All hinges are fitted with high-quality internal plastic bushings that effectively dampen vibrations during vehicle operation, completely eliminating squeaks caused by metal-on-metal friction to ensure a quieter and more stable ride.
The panels are secured using an anti-loosening latch mechanism; once closed, they lock firmly in place, effectively preventing loosening or rattling caused by road bumps and vibrations.

How do we address the packaging and shipping challenges for aluminum tray body kits?
Each set of body kits is individually packed in a strong outer packaging box, effectively eliminating the risk of part mixing or missing components, and allowing customers to transfer the unpacked kits directly to the assembly line.
The inner layer is fully wrapped with high-density moisture-proof composite film, providing complete sealing protection against salt spray and moisture during sea freight, and preventing surface oxidation during long-distance transportation.
All profiles, connection points, and edges are fully wrapped with thick impact-resistant foam and EPE pearl cotton, effectively absorbing various vibrations and impact forces during transportation.
The outer packaging uses ISPM15-compliant export-grade plywood crates or fully fumigated wooden boxes, featuring high structural strength and designed for easy forklift handling during loading and unloading operations.
